Cruz Beckham has dropped his latest single âWaste Your Pain.â

The track, recorded with his band The Breakers, marks another confident step in his fast-building music career and arrives with a lively video filmed on the road.

Produced by Justin Raisen and Lewis Pesacov â whose credits include Kim Gordon, Joji and Charli xcx â the song leans into themes of self-love, acceptance and starting fresh. Across bright guitars and upbeat drums, the song builds into a declaration of release â a moment where he can âfinally see us moving onâ and feel âfree at lastâ.

The accompanying video captures the group mid-tour, channelling the carefree spirit of 1983 coming-of-age classic Risky Business.Â
