Blue Skies is a unique procedural series that seamlessly blends mystery, action, emotional storytelling, and the heartwarming relationship between a detective and her four-legged partner.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Crystal Ridge National Park, Blue Skies follows ex-military police officer Jodi Larsen as she returns to her hometown to start afresh as a criminal investigator for the National Park Police. Jodi, motivated by her love of the outdoors and a strong sense of justice, is committed to protecting the park, its visitors, and her community from both natural dangers and human threats. However, Jodi’s fresh start is far from straightforward. She has to adapt to a new team, a by-the-book superintendent, and reconnect with her father after her mother’s death while she was deployed. Her unlikely partner? A playful stray Labrador named Blue, who outperforms most trained K9s with his instincts.
