Anderson .Paak has been named Time magazineâs 100 Most Influential People of 2026.
In honor of his inclusion in the prestigious list, Natasha Lyonne wrote a short essay about the singer/songwriter, praising the musician as a âmagician,â a âlegend,â and a âman at the peak of his powers,â adding âYou havenât really heard the Beatles until youâve heard Anderson .Paak on the piano at 4 a.m., alone, sounding out âThe Long and Winding Road.â Heâs a magician. A legend. A voice and a tone.â âAndyâs 40th birthday was a night full of love, dancing, and family. âThe sum total of a lifetime of talent, a man at the peak of his powers. Laughing with his mom and friends. Top of the world. (sic)â
Commending Anderson for being âhumbly aware that heâs the keeper of this endless trove of ideas, songs, and stories,â Lyonne said âHis presence is palpable. Itâs undeniable.â âHe lights up the whole space â cools and relaxes the place, but still on fire. Feels historic.â âAnderson .Paak is the genuine, multihyphenate article.
