Lizzo has unveiled the title track from her upcoming album B****, giving fans the latest preview of her newly announced third studio record.

The single is out now, accompanied by a video directed by Child that places Lizzo and her entourage in a surreal circus world, complete with bold styling and theatrical choreography.

The track reunites Lizzo with long-time collaborators Ricky Reed, Blake Slatkin and Zack Sekoff, and features an interpolation of Meredith Brooksâ hit of the same name.

B**** follows last monthâs release of Donât Make Me Love U, another early standout from the forthcoming record.

That track arrived with a striking visual in which Lizzo confronts a version of her past self, exploring themes of reflection, growth and emotional reckoning.

The song was widely praised by fans and critics, marking a confident start to her next chapter.

Lizzo recently explained her decision to call her new album B****.

The 38-year-old pop star said sheâs âreclaiming the wordâ and âturning it into a declaration of confidence, and unapologetic self-love.â

In a press release announcing the new album, Lizzo explained: âReclaiming the word B**** is power â itâs taking a label once used to diminish women and turning it into a declaration of con?dence, and unapologetic self-love.â

She went on to share that her inspiration for the name came from singer Meredithâs song and hip-hop star Missy Elliott, who released her song Sheâs a B**** in 1999, and her own song Truth Hurts.

Lizzo added: âSo many incredible women in music have used the word for positivity like Meredith Brooks and Missy Elliot. It was only fitting to name my album B**** because it has become my favourite word when using it on my own terms and because I am 100 per cent that b****!â

B**** will be Lizzoâs first album since 2022âs Special and itâs due to drop on June 5.
